What it does

Core

  • ◆ Last-done tracking: Track when you last did something. See everything at a glance, color-coded by how long it's been. Drill in for per-item history, custom completion dates, and notes.
  • ◆ Flexible organization: Group items into categories and subcategories. Make a category per pet, per room, per car. Whatever fits your life.
  • ◆ One-tap done: Mark something done with a single click. No forms, no friction. The card returns to fresh and the timer resets.
  • ◆ Activity heatmap: A visual history of when you actually did things, across everything you track.
  • ◆ Multi-User: Share your workspace with household members and filter your view to only your chores. Solo users are unaffected.

Cloud Sync

Optional sync across your devices. No GLANCE Apps account. No GLANCE Apps servers. Zero-knowledge encrypted to a destination you control: WebDAV or Nextcloud. Off by default.

Flag chores to schedule them on your dayGLANCE timeline. Completions flow back automatically. Off by default.

Open Source

lastGLANCE is open source under the MIT License. Self-host the web app, build from source, or audit the code. Purchases on the app stores support continued development.
